NO CHARGES FOR “NO SALE” - NO CHARGES FOR “BUYERS FEE” - Seller must sign Consignment Contract stating no liens on items consigned.
Terms - Cash, Cashier’s Check or Check with Bank Letter of Credit to all not familiar with Auction Company. Not responsible for accidents. All items sold “AS IS” with no warranties.
