Our beloved winter tradition returns — a hands-on workshop rooted in old-world celebration and the quiet magic of crafting with intention. Join us for an afternoon of creating traditional Yule logs, built from real wood and dressed with evergreen, dried orange slices, pine cones, berries, ribbon, and seasonal botanicals.
This is a space to settle in, take your time, and enjoy the company of others who appreciate meaningful making. A long table, winter light, the scent of pine in the air, and the steady rhythm of hands at work — that’s the charm of it.
You will learn the history and purpose of the Yule log in European and Mediterranean households, and why this tradition has carried forward for centuries. Then you will build your own — to burn on Yule night, bless the home through winter, or keep as a yearly heirloom.
