This year we are visiting the Epping Ongar Railway in Essex. Visiting their September Gala Weekend.Travel will by Thameslink train from Bedford to Farringdon, changing there for a London Underground service to Mile End and connecting Central Line on to Epping. A Vintage Bus service provides a 20 min. link to North Weald station on the heritage railway, where will be able to join one of the steam or diesel trains for the 12 mile round trip.Our group times from Bedford will be as follows :-
