✨🎄 Join Us for Our Annual Christmas Lights Urban Hike! 🎄✨ Saturday, December 27thGrab your cozy layers, your holiday spirit, and your best “ooh/ahh” voice, because we’re heading back to the magical Christmas lights of Naples Island in Long Beach. These aren’t just lights. Oh no. This is a full-blown, holiday-tradition, deck-the-docks, sparkle-everywhere wonder. Homes dripping in twinkly lights, whimsical displays, glowing canals, and boats dressed like they’re auditioning for a holiday parade. It’s pure December joy.
🌟 Where we’re meeting:
• 4:30 pm – Parkcrest Christian Church, 3936 Woodruff Ave, Long Beach (Live Worship Venue)
• OR 5:00 pm – Nick The Greek, 5000 2nd Street, Long Beach, CA
(Heads up: There are THREE Greek spots on 2nd Street. We want this one. Whoever gets there first, snag tables like the holiday heroes you are!)
🍽️ We’ll enjoy dinner together, then hit the twinkling streets and canals at 6:30 pm sharp.
👟 About the Hike:
• Approx 4 miles
• Expect TONS of stairs (your calves will be jingling)
• Elevation gain: about .10 mile
• Wear layers, bring $$ for dinner and treats, and leave the sunscreen at home — the only thing glowing will be the lights.
• Spontaneous Christmas caroling very likely.
