EiE's ANNUAL CHRISTMAS CRAFT &
COOKIE SWAP GET-TOGETHER

★IMPORTANT...PLEASE BRING 2 DOZEN (or more) COOKIES OR CANDIES TO SHARE per paying child. ★
★★If you would like, please ALSO BRING ANY LUNCH TYPE FOOD to share with others★.

EVENT ENDS AT APPROXIMATELY 2:00PM (OR LATER IF NECESSARY)

To participate in this event and get on the roster, you must FIRST register and pay through EiE. (NOT Facebook). If you are NOT on the roster, you cannot participate.

EVENT DESCRIPTION:
Please join us for a Christmas Craft & Cookie Swap Get-together.
Paying Children will be making a Christmas craft** and decorating a cookie container.
★★WHAT TO BRING:
PLEASE BRING 2 DOZEN (or more) COOKIES OR CANDIES TO SHARE per PAYING child.
(The treats will be shared, and put into the decorated container, for each child to take home).
★★If you would like, please ALSO BRING ANY LUNCH TYPE FOOD to share with others★. (*Since this is at lunch time, we will have pepperoni and cheese pizzas. We will provide water).
HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE!!!
**Children will be using scissors and other craft items. Please supervise your children in their proper use.

There is always a possibility that, due to circumstances beyond our control, an event may be cancelled. If this happens, you will be contacted.
(Events are NON-Refundable, unless specifically noted).

★The Event Listing may be "publicly" viewable; HOWEVER, the event is only for HOMESCHOOL students in the 12th grade and below.
★Parents/guardians MUST accompany all minors.
★Our events are NOT "Drop-off" events. ★Adults MUST sign-up with a student. We do not offer an "Adult Only" option for our Events.
(Unless exceptions are noted in the event description or with prior approval).
★Adults MUST supervise their own children.

Many of our events occur in PUBLIC, and as such, Excellence in Education Academy has NO control over who is being photographed/filmed.
By signing up and attending a field trip/event, you UNDERSTAND and AGREE that there is a possibility that you, or a member of group, may have their photo/video taken at the event by others present, AND as such that image may be viewed in public.
