I have been teaching this special event since 2012, which is always well-attended and filled with light, Love, and Peace.
Class will start with a short practice of gentle somatic movements & breath work. Followed by Candle Gazing meditation and Yoga Nidra. This event will last about 1 hr.
No need to pre-register, feel free to drop in!

You’ll be guided gently into stillness as the soft glow of candlelight surrounds you. Then, allow the healing of meditation, Reiki & Nidra to wash over your body, mind, and spirit.
The warm flicker of candlelight deepens your experience, helping you melt away tension, leaving you feeling grounded, centered, and renewed.
