SOME folks go shopping on Black Friday....while some of us go swapping!!
WE'LL HAVE AN ADDITIONAL TWO TABLES SET UP FOR MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS that are gift possibilities. Please bring new or like new items that could be gifted! Candles, books, stationary, etc...
And of course our usual people who wear women's clothing swap:
Sort out things that just don't work for you anymore: Clothing, Shoes/Boots, Purses, Coats, Accessories, Health and Beauty Items. Anything you don't wear or use, but is in good enough condition to give to a friend - bring it to the swap and leave with things that are better suited to you.
Bring your stuff and arrive at 7 p.m. to start sorting! We will start swapping at 7:30 or so - please do NOT "shop" or take items before that time to make it fair for everyone. At the end of the swap items will be packed up for donating to Shop For Change, P.R.I.S.M.'s thrift shop in Golden Valley that buys items for the food shelf with all its profits.
Bring a friend; the more the merrier! (Young children can stay at home please, thank you)
You might leave with one or two items or with shopping bags of clothes!
Cost to swap: $5 to swap(please bring exact amount of cash if you can.) we also accept Venmo
