Join us as our community celebrates the kick-off of the shopping season with Music (Live DJ with The Soundman Network), Food Vendors/Trucks, local Retail Vendors, all in a safe & family fun environment!• Event Date Friday, November 29th, 2024
• Event Time 10:00AM – 6:00PM
• Event Location 401 West Pecan Street, Suite E, Pflugerville, TX 78660
• Vendor Space Details & Fee:
1. Option A - $55 (Outdoors) - Vendor will need to provide their own 6’ table; table cannot exceed 6’; There are 8 spaces outdoor, under a covered wrap around porch and 4 spaces where you would need a popup tent; 1st come 1st serve; no electric provided.
2. Option B - $65 (Indoors) - Vendor will need to provide their own 6’ table; table cannot exceed 6’; There are 6 spaces available; electricity is provide; 1st come 1st serve; no electric provided.
3. Option C – $75 (Food Vendors) – Vendor will need to provide their own tables; One-two (1-2) 6’ tables with 10x10 popup tent; spaces are outdoor; NOTE: if you are a Food Truck please select Option D; Only 2 spaces available.
4. Option D – $75 (Food Trucks) – – Vendor will have 2 Standard Parking Spots (if more is required, please contact us for your requirements); 1st come 1st service.
• Vendor Requirements - Completed Vendor Agreement Form & Vendor Fee no later than, Thursday, November 22nd
• Vendor Setup - Vendor arrival can be at 8:00AM; break down no sooner than 6:00PM
• Vendor Requirements–
1. Completed Vendor Agreement Form: Event Vendor Agreement Form – The Sewing Station
2. Vendor Reservation fee: Annual Black Friday Sip-N-Shop – The Sewing Station
3. No later than Thursday, November 22nd 4pm
NOTE:
o If you cannot attend, contact [email protected] credit for another event
o Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-Transferable to other vendors/businesses
o If there are cancellations due to weather issues, all vendors will be notified via the phone # & email that is provided and issued credit for the next available event of their choice between the canceled date through December 2025
