This in-person event will be held at the Eastern Henrico Recreation Center. You won't want to miss out on the amazing activities and entertainment we have planned. From games, contests, dancing, to music and face painting, there's something for everyone. Bring all the neighborhood kids up to 12 years old, kid-friendly costumes are welcome for all attendees.
