If anyone on here is local to the Boston, MA, US area, this Free Annual Veg Food Fest, on OCT 18-19 weekend, is a great resource, ESPECIALLY if they bring in good speakers this year.. This is where i saw in person back in 2009, Dr Caldwell Esselstyn and others that speak about good cardiac health and nutrition.. Some of the booths are very informative as well. There is public transportation into this event (MBTA or Commuter Rail) and there is also plenty of Free Parking bcs its always held at the RCC Community College and they have huge parking lots, also Free. If anyone will be here, let me kno !! .. we can get together for an informal and informative "birds of a feather" session on either that Satr or Sunday to discuss our mutual topics of interest in person as we do in this group ..
