🦩 Friday, January 23 – Flamingo Friday Anniversary Party

🎶 Live music: The Polar Reefers — Canada’s best (and only!) Jimmy Buffett tribute act
Our anniversary weekend kicks off with a special Flamingo Friday, Cold Bear–style. Inspired by the classic neighborhood tradition of placing a pink flamingo on the lawn to signal “party tonight,” Flamingo Fridays are all about casual fun, bright vibes, and open-door energy. Think pink décor, island sounds, and an easygoing atmosphere where everyone’s invited.
Break out your best tropical look—prizes will be awarded for best costume and best flamingo spirit!
🎻 Saturday, January 24 – Newfoundland Kitchen Party

On Saturday, we turn the taproom into a Newfoundland Kitchen Party—a lively, informal gathering rooted in music, storytelling, laughter, and community. Expect toe-tapping tunes, warm vibes, and the kind of atmosphere that feels like being packed into a kitchen with friends and family, instruments out and pints in hand.
🍺 Anniversary Beer Releases
We’ll be debuting three brand-new beers throughout the weekend—each a special collaboration with other breweries and/or local businesses, including one brewed alongside our Founder’s Club members. (Details coming soon!)
