Join our Anniversary celebration of "Joyful Rhythms" drum circle and potluck in Baywood-Los Osos. One year ago is when I decided to buy myself a drum for my birthday and host a drum circle! I was immediately hooked and began training as a drum circle facilitator. The rest is history as they say!
Come celebrate with us! Bring a dish or beverage to share. I have plenty of drums if you don't have one!
Our drum circles are for bringing people together to discover the transformative power of rhythm + connection through creative play. The emphasis is on having FUN! The plus side is - it's oh so GOOD for well-being. Gather around a fire, eat, and play rhythms and guided activities with us!
No previous musical or drumming experience is necessary.
