This active Vinyasa Flow starts slowly and builds in intensity through standing sequences then slows with seated sequences. The warm up typically involves Sun Salutations with variations depending on the class focus. Each sequence is followed by an optional Vinyasa, offering you a chance to reset mentally and physically. Most importantly is how we ground ourselves in deep, fluid breaths throughout the practice which will leave you feeling energized with a deep inner sense of calm.
Class will end with an extended savasana, with the option to stay for a sound bath.
****Please note, crystal sound bowls are contraindicated for people who are pregnant, or who have any metal inside of their bodies, such as in a pace maker or replaced joint. If you need to avoid the sound bowls, please inform the teacher before class begins, and plan to pack your things up quiety and leave the room before the sound bowls begin. The teacher will let you know when to find your savasana so you are given enough time, and tap you on the shoulder when it's time to go.
