I am Annie and I have been a Pastry Chef for 19 years, a business owner for 8 1/2 years and a Pastry Teacher for 8 years.

I help my students become more confident and successful bakers in my baking classes and we have FUN in class. NO GROUP WORK, you always work individually in my classes.

I offer unique topics for every skill level and you can come alone or register with friends.

I am celebrating my 8th Teaching Annieversray by hosting an open house at my baking school in Berea! Feel free to come by, meet me and see where all the baking magic happens!
