Come and have fun, enjoy and learn/refine your standing & Icarian skills at the weekend intensive with Paulo & Julia!
We look forward to a weekend full of challenging, dynamic and fun standing acrobatic tricks!
From drilling the basics, to learning creative entries + exits, to refining what you have: We have you covered.
The weekend will build skills step by step and can give you the refinement you are looking for. By focusing on clean technique, harder skill will become accessible and you will learn how you can train tricks that yet seemed out of reach in a safe way!
It will be a progressive weekend, which means that we will work and refine all the basic skills on the first day and then go crazy on the second one.
Range of Content, will be adjusted to the group (don’t be scared)

Pre-Requisites:
Standing Saturday -f2h standing
Standing Sunday- standing h2h (with spot) or L-base h2h for the l-base options.

THE TEACHERS
PAULO CARULO
Paulo is 34 years old, very active since young age. He grow up in Lamego, Portugal where he practiced handball sport since early age, Paulo and his team won some trophies in the national championship. Afterwards, he joined the army for 7 years, he got to be the responsible of the physical training of the soldiers. Once finished his service, he moved to Brussels and he got introduced to Acroyoga. Since then he has been consistently training, participating and teaching in all international festivals he can.
He completed his teacher training in Bali 2020. Paulo is seduced by the fun, the complicity and infinite possibilities in acroyoga and acrobatics.

JULIA
Julia loves movement and exploring all there is in Acrobatics! From gymnastics in her early days, to flowy AcroYoga and handstands, she chose standing acro to be her favorite. She likes to teach with a combination of technical details, positive vibes and a touch of irony.
