Whether you plan to go for the whole six hours or just run a loop or two, join the Annapolis Striders on Sunday, January 18th, 2026 at Greenbury Point for our extremely low-key Eternal Winter 6-Hour Run, benefitting the Annapolis Light House Homeless Prevention Support Center!The event starts at 8 AM and uses a 2½-mile loop on trails and paved roads in the vicinity of the nature center and Possum Point. As this is somewhat of a "fat-a**"-style event, there are no awards, although the run is timed & scored. But there IS an entry fee of sorts: Either a $25 donation check to The Light House, OR a donation of at least five "urgent needs" items (see https://annapolislighthouse.org/get-involved/needs/ for a list of these items). Registration is on race morning only, so you don't need to sign up for anything in advance.
