The Teen Department of the Tiffin-Seneca Public Library will be holding “Anime Club” for teens in grades 6 through 12 on Mondays, September 11 and 25 from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. in the Frost Kalnow Room.Join the Library for this club that celebrates the pop culture phenomenon by watching anime and reading manga. Please note that some shows may be rated PG-13/TV-14. Japanese snacks will be provided.
