Take your Animal Flow practice to a higher level of understanding at the Level 2 from April 1-2, 2023. The two-day event, from 10:0am to 6:00pm on Saturday and from 9:00am to 3:00pm on Sunday. It will be hosted at CEM Jupiter in Barcelona. This workshop will be taught in English (with Spanish translation), by Animal Flow Program Creator Mike Fitch. The Level 2 workshop is open to anyone who has taken Level 1.
Lleve su práctica de Animal Flow a un nivel superior de comprensión en el Nivel 2 del 1 al 2 de abril de 2023. El evento de dos días, de 10:00 a 18:00 el sábado y de 9:00 a 15:00 el domingo. Se llevará a cabo en en CEM Jupiter en la ciudad de Barcelona, España. Este taller será impartido en inglés , por Creador de Animal Flow, Mike Fitch. Habrá traducción al español disponible. El taller de Nivel 2 está abierto a cualquier persona que haya tomado el Nivel 1.
ACERCA DEL CURSO
Sobre la base de los sólidos cimientos aprendidos en el Nivel 1, el Nivel 2 enseña 10 movimientos nuevos más, así como progresiones para el equilibrio de manos. Profundizará en conceptos más avanzados como transferencias de energía, cambios de tempo y uso de la locomoción animal en los flujos, mientras participa en el diseño de flujo de nivel intermedio.
Los participantes aprenderán cómo realizar con éxito los ejercicios de Nivel 2, así como cómo integrar correctamente los movimientos con el Nivel 1 para crear Flujos extendidos con un mayor grado de complejidad e intensidad. Los participantes también aprenden a instruir los movimientos e incorporarlos a un programa de entrenamiento. Se hace hincapié en comprender cómo los movimientos de Nivel 2 entrenan los cabestrillos fasciales del cuerpo; comprender el papel de disipar la fuerza, la fluidez y el apalancamiento en los movimientos avanzados; y comprender cómo instruir una variedad de ejercicios progresivos y ejercicios de acondicionamiento que forman la introducción a la práctica del equilibrio de manos.

Los participantes son elegibles para recibir créditos de educación continua de la Academia Nacional de Medicina Deportiva (NASM) – 1.1 CE; American Fitness Association of America (AFAA) – 11 CEU.
ELEGIBILIDAD
Para inscribirse en el Nivel 2, debe haber realizado el taller de Nivel 1 al menos 30 días antes de la fecha del taller de L2. Si bien le recomendamos encarecidamente que complete su certificación de Nivel 1 antes del taller, aún puede inscribirse incluso si no ha completado completamente el proceso de prueba para convertirse en un Instructor Certificado. Contáctenos si aún necesita enviar sus videos pero desea inscribirse en L2. Haremos arreglos con usted para asegurarnos de que pueda completar la prueba de Nivel 1 después del taller de Nivel 2.

El taller será impartido por el creador de Animal Flow Mike Fitch. Mike enseñará en inglés con traducción al español.
Se llevará a cabo en CEM Jupiter en la ciudad de Barcelona, España.
OPCIONES DE COSTO Y PLAN DE PAGO:
El precio regular del taller de Nivel 1 es una tarifa de $695 USD. El precio de la inscripción súper anticipada es $545 USD y está disponible hasta el 24 de diciembre. El precio de la inscripción anticipada es $595 USD y está disponible hasta el 25 de marzo.
Opción de plan de pago: pagar el 50% para registrarse. El saldo vence el 11 de marzo. Pagos del saldo adeudados antes del 18 de marzo (dos semanas antes del taller)
CERTIFICACIÓN
Si necesita cancelar su taller u otro registro de evento, puede ser elegible para un reembolso parcial, según el tiempo que falte al evento, de acuerdo con los siguientes términos. Tenga en cuenta que programamos el viaje y el tiempo del instructor en función de la cantidad de registros con varios meses de anticipación, por lo que no podemos ofrecer reembolsos completos si debe cancelar.
Si debe cancelar debido a un conflicto, una emergencia (que incluye, entre otros, tener COVID) u otro motivo, tiene la opción de transferir su registro a un futuro evento en línea o presencial.
Si solicita un reembolso en efectivo, el monto del reembolso depende del tiempo hasta el evento. Para las inscripciones que han “pagado en su totalidad” (inscripción anticipada o regular), se realizan reembolsos menos una tarifa de procesamiento de $15, de acuerdo con el siguiente cronograma: 60 días o más hasta el evento: 100%; 45-60 días 75%; 30-45 días: 50%; 15-29 días: 25%; dos semanas o menos hasta el evento: $0. Las solicitudes de reembolso en efectivo deben realizarse dentro de las dos semanas posteriores a su cancelación. De lo contrario, se le proporcionará el crédito de transferencia completo descrito anteriormente.
Para los depósitos de registro, no se proporcionan reembolsos dentro de los 90 días posteriores al evento.
Puede transferir su registro a otra persona, aunque es su responsabilidad identificar a la persona y hacer los arreglos financieros directamente con ella.

ABOUT LEVEL 2
Building upon the strong foundations learned in Level 1, Level 2 teaches 10 more new moves, as well as progressions for hand balancing. You’ll delve into more advanced concepts like energy transfers, tempo changes and using animal locomotion in flows, while engaging in intermediate level flow design.
Participants will learn how to successfully perform the Level 2 exercises, as well as how to correctly integrate the movements with Level 1 to create extended Flows with an increased degree of complexity and intensity. Participants also learn how to instruct the movements and incorporate them into a training program. Emphasis is placed on understanding how the Level 2 movements train the fascial slings of the body; understanding the role of dissipating force, fluidity, and leverage in the advanced movements; and understanding how to instruct a range of progressive drills and conditioning exercises that form the introduction to hand balancing practice.
The full-day agenda includes:
Review of key Level 1 moves
Intro to Hand Balancing: Tuck Balance Progressions
New Transitions: Reaching Underswitch; Reaching Underswitch to Deep Ape; Scorpion Sweeps; Roll Throughs; and Crocodile Rolls, Pop Switches and Pop Outs;
New Traveling forms: Bear, Leopard, Crocodile;
Using traveling forms as a “link” for switches and transitions;
How and why to introduce tempo change and energy redirects into a flow;
Intermediate flow design
LEVEL 2 CONTINUING EDUCATION
Participants are eligible to receive Continuing Education credits from National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) – .9 CE; American Fitness Association of America (AFAA) – 9 CEUs; American Council on Exercise (ACE) – 1 CEC.
ELIGIBILITY
To enroll in Level 2, you must have already taken the Level 1 workshop at least 30 days prior to the date of the L2 workshop. While we strongly recommend that you complete your Level 1 certification prior to the workshop, you may still enroll even if you have not fully completed the test process to become a Certified Instructor. Contact us if you still need to submit your videos but want to enroll in L2. We will make arrangements with you to ensure you can complete the Level 1 test out after the Level 2 workshop.
Note that while we do not require that you have completed certification, you MUST be up-to-date with your L1 practice and be very familiar with the moves. L2 is a long, frustrating day if you haven’t internalized the L1 moves.

The event will be hosted at the beautiful CEM Jupiter in Barcelona, Spain.
COST AND PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS:
Regular cost for the Level 1 Workshop is $695 USD. Super early bird pricing $545 available until December 24. Early bird pricing $595 available until March 25. ALL PRICES ARE IN USD. If you are paying in a foreign currency, the conversion is done automatically at checkout.
Payment plans available: You can register with a 50% deposit. Payment plan option available until March 11th. All balances are due 2 weeks prior to the workshop, by March 18th. Note that we do not collect credit card information and thus cannot automatically rebill you; you will need to click on the balance payment email to make the second payment.
CERTIFICATION
To become a Level 2 Certified Instructor, you will need to submit your Level 2 certification test on video 30 – 90 days after the workshop.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
If you need to cancel your workshop or other event registration, you may be eligible for a partial refund, depending upon length of time to the event, according to the following terms. Note that we schedule travel and instructor time based on the number of registrations several months in advance, so we cannot offer full refunds if you must cancel.
If you must cancel due to a conflict, emergency (including but not limited to having COVID), or other reason, you have the option of transferring your registration to a future online or in-person event.
If you are requesting a cash refund, the amount of refund is dependent on the length of time until the event. For registrations that have “paid in full” (early registration or regular registration), refunds are made minus a $15 processing fee, according to the following schedule: 60 days or more until event: 100%; 45-60 days 75%; 30-45 days: 50%; 15-29 days: 25%; two weeks or less until event: $0. Requests for cash refunds must be made within two weeks of your cancellation. Otherwise, you will be provided with the full transfer credit described above.
For registration deposits, no refunds are provided within 90 days of the event.
It is allowable for you to transfer your registration to somebody else, although it is your responsibility to identify the individual and make any financial arrangements directly with them.
If an event is cancelled by GBT for any reason, a full refund (with no processing fee) shall be provided.
There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this refund policy.
