SOBRE EL CURSO
L1 es un taller intensivo de dos días en el que aprenderás los 30 movimientos del Nivel 1, que incluyen regresiones, progresiones y variaciones para todos los niveles de habilidad. Usted está viendo cómo hacerlo usted mismo, así como cómo hacerlo.
El taller está abierto a profesionales del fitness y no profesionales, ya que damos la bienvenida a todos los interesados en convertirse en un mejor motor. Los profesionales del acondicionamiento físico son elegibles para convertirse en instructores certificados de AF, que pueden enseñar AF en entrenamiento personal, clases grupales de acondicionamiento físico u otros programas de acondicionamiento físico. Obtener la certificación requiere completar el proceso de prueba después del taller. Todos los no profesionales son bienvenidos a tomar el curso para su propio beneficio, pero no están autorizados a enseñarlo sin antes obtener una credencial de aptitud física adecuada.

PREPARACIÓN DEL TALLER:
El taller está abierto a personas de todos los niveles. Debes estar físicamente en forma para soportar tu propio peso corporal en posición cuadrúpedo, y tener autorización médica para participar en actividades físicas.
Al registrarse, recibirá un video de bienvenida con algunos ejercicios de práctica para ayudarlo a preparar sus muñecas para el curso.

OPCIONES DE COSTO Y PLAN DE PAGO:
El precio regular del taller de Nivel 1 es una tarifa de $695 USD. El precio de la inscripción súper anticipada es $545 USD y está disponible hasta el 24 de diciembre. El precio de la inscripción anticipada es $595 USD y está disponible hasta el 18 de marzo.
Opción de plan de pago: pagar el 50% para registrarse. El saldo vence el 4 de marzo. Pagos del saldo adeudados antes del 11 de marzo (dos semanas antes del taller)
CANCELACIONES / REEMBOLSOS:
Si necesita cancelar su taller u otro registro de evento, puede ser elegible para un reembolso parcial, según el tiempo que falte al evento, de acuerdo con los siguientes términos. Tenga en cuenta que programamos el viaje y el tiempo del instructor en función de la cantidad de registros con varios meses de anticipación, por lo que no podemos ofrecer reembolsos completos si debe cancelar.
Si debe cancelar debido a un conflicto, una emergencia (que incluye, entre otros, tener COVID) u otro motivo, tiene la opción de transferir su registro a un futuro evento en línea o presencial.
Si solicita un reembolso en efectivo, el monto del reembolso depende del tiempo hasta el evento. Para las inscripciones que han “pagado en su totalidad” (inscripción anticipada o regular), se realizan reembolsos menos una tarifa de procesamiento de $15, de acuerdo con el siguiente cronograma: 60 días o más hasta el evento: 100%; 45-60 días 75%; 30-45 días: 50%; 15-29 días: 25%; dos semanas o menos hasta el evento: $0. Las solicitudes de reembolso en efectivo deben realizarse dentro de las dos semanas posteriores a su cancelación. Join us for the Animal Flow® Level 1 Workshop in Barcelona, Spain on March 25-26, 2023. The two-day event, from 10:0am to 6:00pm on Saturday and from 9:00am to 3:00pm on Sunday. It will be hosted at CEM Jupiter in Barcelona. This workshop will be taught in English (with Spanish translation), by Animal Flow Program Creator Mike Fitch.
L1 is an intensive two-day workshop (16 hours total) where you’ll learn all 30 Level 1 moves, including regressions, progressions, and variations for all skill levels. You’ll explore how and when to use each movement individually, as well as how to link them together into flows of your own design.
The workshop is open to fitness professionals and non-professionals, as we welcome everyone interested in becoming a better mover. Fitness professionals are eligible to become Certified AF Instructors, who are allowed to teach AF in personal training, group fitness classes, or other fitness programs. Becoming certified requires completing the test process after the workshop. Non-professionals all welcome to take the course for their own benefit, but are not authorized to teach it without first attaining an appropriate fitness credential.
ABOUT THE COURSE
You’ll cover all 6 components of Animal Flow, including the Traveling Forms (the “ABCs” of animal movements); Switches and Transitions; Wrist Mobility; Activations; Form Specific Stretches, and, of course, Flows.
The workshop starts with base positions, which systematically build in difficulty and complexity over the two days. Movements are taught within the context of scientifically-based concepts relevant to anyone working in health and fitness industries. By the end of the second day, the entire class will be performing a sequence known as the Beast flow which integrates a large majority of the movements from the workshop. This becomes a structure from which they may begin their own creative practice.

WORKSHOP PREPARATION:
The workshop is open to persons of all skill levels. You should be physically fit enough to support your own bodyweight in quadrupedal position and be medically cleared to participate in physical activities. Attendees must be at least 18 years old.
Upon registration, you will receive access to a welcome video, the Level 1 tutorials, and other pre-workshop information.
CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS

COST AND PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS:
Regular cost for the Level 1 Workshop is $695 USD. Super early bird pricing $545 available until December 24. Early bird pricing $595 available until March 18. ALL PRICES ARE IN USD. If you are paying in a foreign currency, the conversion is done automatically at checkout.
Payment plans available: You can register with a 50% deposit. Payment plan option available until March 4th. All balances are due 2 weeks prior to the workshop, by March 11th. Note that we do not collect credit card information and thus cannot automatically rebill you; you will need to click on the balance payment email to make the second payment.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS:
If you need to cancel your workshop or other event registration, you may be eligible for a partial refund, depending upon length of time to the event, according to the following terms. Note that we schedule travel and instructor time based on the number of registrations several months in advance, so we cannot offer full refunds if you must cancel.
If you must cancel due to a conflict, emergency (including but not limited to having COVID), or other reason, you have the option of transferring your registration to a future online or in-person event.
If you are requesting a cash refund, the amount of refund is dependent on the length of time until the event. For registrations that have “paid in full” (early registration or regular registration), refunds are made minus a $15 processing fee, according to the following schedule: 60 days or more until event: 100%; 45-60 days 75%; 30-45 days: 50%; 15-29 days: 25%; two weeks or less until event: $0. Requests for cash refunds must be made within two weeks of your cancellation. Otherwise, you will be provided with the full transfer credit described above.
For registration deposits, no refunds are provided within 90 days of the event.
It is allowable for you to transfer your registration to somebody else, although it is your responsibility to identify the individual and make any financial arrangements directly with them.
If an event is cancelled by GBT for any reason, a full refund (with no processing fee) shall be provided.
There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this refund policy.
