Animal Adoption Center Volunteer Orientation & Training Day

The Wakulla Animal Adoption Center will host a Volunteer Orientation & Training on Saturday, September 6, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
The first hour will provide training on safety procedures and proper animal handling. The second hour will include hands-on practice, introductions to our staff, and an overview of daily operations.
Volunteer opportunities are available seven days a week and can be scheduled at your convenience. Volunteers may choose activities that match their comfort level, including dog and cat socialization, cleaning, maintenance, lawn care, adoption events, and more.
