Anger is a normal emotion, but if not managed well, it can lead to hurt feelings, broken friendships, and poor choices. This event will guide children (4-12yrs) and teens (13-19) to understand their emotions, identify anger triggers, and learn healthy strategies to calm down and respond wisely.
