Even though each meditation builds on the one before, each meditation is also effective as a stand alone practice.
Participants will be seated on padded chairs in the EESystem and are encouraged to bring a cushion, pillow or blanket(s), water in a sealed container and a notebook and pen. Following the meditation, participants will be encourged to make notes about their experience for use in later sessions.
