Info: We begin by settling into the body and establishing a grounded, contained space. This opening includes gentle grounding, intention-setting, and energetic boundaries to support clarity, safety, and presence throughout the class. Participants remain fully conscious and in control at all times.

Info: This teaching segment explains how angelic guidance is commonly received—through subtle awareness, sensation, insight, and inner knowing. We’ll explore how guidance differs from imagination, emotional overlay, or anxiety, and why subtle or quiet experiences are completely normal.

Info: Participants are invited to get comfortable and prepare for the guided experience. Clear instructions are given to support grounded awareness, personal choice, and comfort. There is no pressure to “experience” anything specific.

Info: A gentle, guided experience designed to support conscious, grounded connection with angelic guidance. This is not trance-based. Participants remain present, aware, and embodied, simply noticing what arises naturally without force or expectation.

Info: Quiet time for reflection and journaling to help integrate the experience. Participants are encouraged to note sensations, impressions, or insights—without analysis or judgment. All experiences, including subtle or minimal ones, are valid.

Info: This segment focuses on understanding and interpreting what was received. We’ll discuss how guidance develops over time, what to do if nothing seemed to happen, and how to work with angelic guidance in daily life without dependency or pressure.

Info: A brief but important discussion on ethical spiritual practice, personal boundaries, and sovereignty. We’ll cover what guidance is—and what it is not—and when to seek additional support outside of spiritual work.

Info: We gently ground and close the session, bringing awareness fully back into the body. Instructions for continued integration and replay access are shared, and the energetic container is fully completed before ending.
