Calling all Angela Lansbury fans!!!We are pleased to announce that registration is now open for ‘Angela Lansbury at 100: Celebrating her Stardom and Legacy’ to be held at The Exchange, University of Birmingham on 9th and 10th October 2025.
From panels on ‘Murder, She Wrote’ to papers on Lansbury as a virtuoso and transatlantic stardom, as well as personal recollections, the final programme is now available online.
There will also be a presentation by the Howard Gotlieb Archival Research Center, home to the main Lansbury archive.
We are also thrilled to announce that our keynote speaker will be Michael Portantiere
Michael is a panelist for the BroadwayRadio podcast “This Week on Broadway,” presented by BroadwayStars.com, and is the creator and editor of CastAlbumReviews.com. He is also a theater photographer whose photos have been published in The New York Times and other major publications.
