Three esteemed Colorado singer-songwriters will play fireside at Buffalo Lodge Bicycle Resort on Thursday, December 19th 2024 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Angel Corsi is a BIPOC folk/soul artist and former pugilist fighting for his people. The Colorado-based songwriter's style takes the listeners through contemplative vignettes of humans that have to navigate a range of topics such as, "belonging", "childhood trauma", "forgiving yourself", "systemic and politically charged oppression" and "finding true love" in all of it's forms. Angel channels his fighting spirit in each performance. Offering to break his heart & soul apart in listening rooms and storyteller house concerts across the United States, UK, and Canada.
Ingrid Avison is a Colorado based singer-songwriter who believes in music as a superpower and writes songs that leave a lasting impression. A superb vocalist with a subtle tremble in her voice that is pure and grounded while also delivering a full throated wail almost effortlessly, her songs blend catchy melodies, insightful and provocative lyrics and biting social commentary.
Jeremy Facknitz is an indie-rocker disguised as a folk singer-songwriter. His music blends rock, theatre and jazz influences. He was named a top 24 finalist from over 800 entries in the 2020 and 2022 Grassy Hill Kerrville New Folk Songwriting Competitions at Kerrville Folk Festival. His song "Smilin' At The Future" made him an Empower (Posi) Music Award Winner in 2023.
