INTRODUCTION: Major General Charles M. All ranks and civilian staff are welcome. The course is being hosted by the 125th FW, Florida Air National Guard. All instruction will take place at Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront, 225 E Coastline Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32202.

OVERVIEW: This course is designed to make the Air National Guard a more professional and formidable force. The primary goal of the course is to prepare Air National Guard officers, NCOs, and future leaders to work as a team to identify, address, and effectively resolve contemporary base issues in accordance with law and Air National Guard policy. Educational areas of emphasis include status, military discipline, ethics, standards, readiness, mental health, sexual assault, domestic operations, and leadership. These topics are addressed via lecture and student interaction over a two-day period. The CBI cadre’s goal is to make the course the most educational and rewarding experience possible. Many attendees over the years have described CBI as the best professional development course they have attended in their career. We will do all we can to ensure you have an equally exceptional experience.
ORDERS/FUNDING/UOD: This announcement supports justification for orders to attend the course. Local unit training (not school) funds should be used. The Uniform of the Day is OCP, flight suit, or any combination of blues. Most students and the CBI cadre wear OCPs.
