About this Event
ANE Foundation Self Care day is a fun day filled with activities to help kids relax, unwind, and learn the importance of taking care of themselves! A day of activities focused on self-care! Kids will have the chance to participate and incorporate the importance of exercise, muscle maintenance, regular grooming, standard cleanliness, handwashing, dental hygiene, art therapy, and mindfulness exercises. Our goal is to promote mental wellness and self-love in a nurturing environment. Let's empower our little ones to prioritize their emotional well-being! Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity to invest in your child's self-care. We will have Free haircuts for the kids sponsored by Coach K and Spoety Cuts and each participant will receive a full size toiletry kit provided by Shea Moisture and Chris Rock including dental hygiene products, body wash, shower shoes, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, moisturizers and more.
