Following on from the success of our previous events we’re delighted to present the next in our 2026 season of “Andy’s Club” sessions.Andy’s Club is a vibrant community project launched in January 2025 by a group of passionate enthusiasts in the Blouberg/Table View area of Cape Town’s West Coast. Our aim is to create a dynamic platform for local musicians to share their craft with a supportive audience.
As a non-profit initiative we’re committed to evolving and improving with each step, learning from others and exploring what resonates with performers, audience, and venue. We celebrate original music and welcome impressive cover versions of beloved songs. We appreciate both seasoned artists who are already confident in their craft and less experienced performers who are seeking a safe place to develop their skills and material. We take the quality of our music seriously, but we are also human and we make mistakes, learn from them, smile and move on.
We strive to create an immersive yet relaxed music experience, inviting performers, supporters, and others who simply enjoy listening, to come together and revel in the beauty of live music. Our aim is to leave them feeling that they have truly heard the compositions without being overwhelmed by volume or excessive complexity.
Welcome to “Andy’s Club – Take 7”!
Please note: Your ticket is for the music only. Dinner will be from an a la carte menu. There will be a full bar service. Strictly no BYO.
The performers
For 28 March we are privileged to offer again a programme boasting a variety of youth, experience, fresh originals, and familiar covers.
Luna Paige
Luna Paige is a South African singer, songwriter, producer, and trained social worker with a career spanning more than two decades. She entered the music industry in 1999 as one of five female artists featured on Eve: Women in the Garden of Song, launching her professional career at the age of 19. Since then, she has released multiple English and Afrikaans albums, including Missing Pieces, Borders & Beyond, and Harmony (2024). Her music has been widely playlisted on South African radio, with several songs reaching the charts.
Paige is also known for her work in musical theatre, notably Korreltjie Kantel, a production celebrating the poetry of Ingrid Jonker, which toured locally and internationally and received a SAMA nomination in 2018.
In addition to her music career, Luna holds a Master’s degree in Welfare Programme Management and Group Therapy and is a qualified social worker. This background strongly informs her songwriting, productions, and collaborative work, where storytelling, human connection, and social themes remain central to her artistic voice.
Martin Prochaska
Born in Johannesburg, raised in the Eastern Cape. Started playing guitar at 19, played in pubs and events around the area. Moved to the UK and slowly stopped performing. Been in Cape Town for 13 years and decided to start performing again. Love writing my own songs and enjoy performing covers of mostly British indie rock.
The Frequency
The Frequency is a fresh acoustic duo bringing a sometimes vibrant, sometimes melancholic sound to a variety of genres of both original and more commonly known music. Rooted in folk storytelling, they sometimes stray into pop, light rock, and even jazz influenced sounds.
We seek to connect with the room and favour live sharing over recording, sharing thoughts, smiles and occasionally find ourselves bopping our heads to tunes familiar and new.
Khofhi TheKing
Meet Khofhi TheKing, a singer-songwriter from the Mother City, Cape Town, South Africa.
He is best known for his unique vocals that create an incredible soul-infused vibration, and his ability to serenade audiences with his guitar. His undeniable style of incorporating different genres into his music sets him apart from the rest of the musos. He has spent around 10 years harnessing his love for sounds and melodies.
From busking on the streets of Cape Town to playing big festivals, private events, and online shows, he has done it all. Most of his music is written in both his home language, isiXhosa, and English. The songs he writes are enjoyed by all ages and can range from acoustic storytelling to electronic beats. He also produces his own music as a self-taught music producer.
Casey Salvarto
Hello!! I’m Casey, and I’ve been singing pretty much since I came out of the womb. Music and the performing arts have always been my passion and my favourite way to express myself creatively. I’m currently studying guitar, piano, and of course, vocals, constantly pushing myself to grow and explore new genres. Performing isn’t just something I do, it’s who I am, and I’m excited to keep sharing my voice and myself through music.
