My first year with Andy'5 Star Flooring was one of the most rewarding and memorable experiences as a business owner. Being from Los Angeles, Andy's 5 Star Flooring via Mt. Vernon and the Skagit Valley taught me what community is all about.

My newfound relationships with vendors, nonprofit charities, my go to favorite coffee place in Burlington, and getting to know the family and friends of my colleagues has been an awesome experience. But like I've told my team, I am inspired to do more, and our goal is to be more involved with the community. So far, we we’ve had the honor of sponsoring Mount Vernon High School sports, a golf team, a Skagit bowling team and several youth sports. Children of the Valley in their pursuit of helping kids and teenagers with their education and development is a perfect partner to continue our mission. We are also proud to have joined Skagit Islands Counties Builders Association.We strive to become an active stakeholder in the Skagit community, focusing on doing our part in contributing towards Skagit Valley's vibrancy and growth. Last year we were honored to donate over $7,000 to the Children of the Valley from our 1st Annual Charity Golf Tournament. Our goal is to reach at least $10,000 this year as a minimum.
