THIS MONTH: From the depths of 90s Duluth, Minnesota. MY THREE SCUMS was a 90s punk public access show followed a dysfunctional family of mutant monsters and weirdos as they tackle many different trials of modern life. For the spooky season, we'll be watching their Halloween special full of Minnesota punks, Halloween shop masks, dads becoming werewolves, and more madness from public access!
