This is the journey of a young girl from Brooklyn who was told “YOU’LL NEVER amount to anything.” Maria left high school in the tenth grade, determined to make a better life for herself despite struggling with dyslexia.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR
A former very successful Wall Street Broker, Maria Mastrodicasa is an international speaker, author and Self-Advocacy Coach. Maria’s life-long commitment is for all women to feel safe and valued in school, the workplace, and the home. With more than 25 years of philanthropic work, Maria believes in focusing out, and sharing her personal pathway to Self-Advocacy.
