Many of you know I work with Kevin, and respect him greatly. He is a master of dog training in his own right, and has expert knowledge to give to everyone.
"You said what?":
Join Kevin Motion from KMK9 to learn about being clean when communicating with our dogs in their learning journey.
Kevin has been in the scent detection sports world for over a decade, and has honed his skills on hundreds of dogs.
This workshop is about building the clarity in what you are saying and teaching, not just blindly trying to train things.
Focusing on what you are teaching, rather than expecting the dog to understand the meaning. This applies to all types of dog training and is really aimed at geeky owners or trainers looking to refresh or increase their skills.
He will be looking at markers and their use, but no experience is necessary. This isn't aimed at a specific sport, but what ever your goal is as a handler.
Limited to 6 handlers.
Indoor venue in Oswestry.
Dogs are worked on at time and must be able to settle in the car between turns.
