Come and join us for "You Asked For It" hosted by Texas Tech Physicians of the Permian Basin - Department of Psychiatry. "You Asked For It" is opened to anyone interested in learning more about mental health. All topics come from feedback we received for Mental Munchies, and this is why we name it "You Asked For It". The goal of "You Asked For It" is to educate the community about mental health and provide some skills to learn how to cope with some common mental health issues many people face.
