Yogis of Ukraine, pre-release free screening
This in-progress documentary tells the true stories of Ukrainian women — and men — in the pressure cooker of active war. They are practicing and teaching kundalini yoga with the intention of helping themselves, their military, and their entire country remain sane and stable while withstanding regular and unpredictable missile attacks. This is their current reality. These women's stories are breathtaking, remarkably inspiring, and surprisingly empowering. They have unearthed the hero within themselves, emerging as advanced souls who can teach us all how to move forward and create the world that we believe is possible.
Discover how women and men are using Kundalini yoga, anchoring their light, and thriving in the trauma and darkness of the war in Ukraine. These individuals are wayshowers: demonstrating how to be light in the darkness, and how spiritual practice can guide us beyond the consciousness of continual war.
