Hello beautiful Yogis, let's go outside! Just taking a little break to go up to Summer Contrast Festival, but we will start outside practice when I return next week for another month until I leave to go back to India!
Classes during the week will be on Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday at 6:30pm (18:30)! Class on Saturday will be at 12:30pm!
I did mark the GPS map for the location of where we practice but in case you have any problems...
*FOLLOW THESE DIRECTIONS: Follow Krakowska street towards Podgorze and Bridge Pilsudskiego. After you cross the bridge to the Podgorze side, go down the stairs to the bike path next to the river and walk in the direction of Hotel Forum/Krakow Eye/Hot Air Balloon. You'll find me at the end of the path sitting next to the river.
*Style of Yoga
ALL LEVEL's Vinyasa: This class will be good for all levels, all ages, all ... everything! It's good for a complete BEGINNER or an ADVANCED practitioner... It will be a more dynamic, creative and flowing style of practice that will give you many options. Maybe you're completely new to Yoga, but want to try some complex tricks or maybe an Advanced practitioner who wants to keep it calm and relaxed... there will be many choices, so feel free to do as much or as little as you want! My job is to keep you safe, and I'll definitely do that, but the rest is up to you!
Price is the same as last year... just your donation of 30 zloty a class. Or if you feel like being kind and donating more, I won't say no to that! Maybe you're struggling a little financially, but still want to practice, let me know and we can work something out!
Kids are always welcome to come. Pets, too!
Try to bring your own mat, but if you don't have one, I always bring about 5 extra mats and they are given out on a "first come, first serve" basis.
Depending on the weather, I might change the location or times, so please watch this event and I'll try to update you as best I can with all the details.
