The medicine wheel is a magic circle that encompasses all of the world. The purpose of the medicine wheel and its elements is to help you discover the wonder of knowing about yourself, what you know as well as lessons and challenges in connection with the earth.
In our time together, we will use a flower essence associated with Wabun, the spirit keeper of the east and an expression of spring here in New England, to journey into ourselves and discover what the great mother has to share with us.
