Starting with a topic I have been asked about so much over the past year - why we might change shape/lose muscle/gain fat during the menopause transition and beyond, when we are seemingly doing what we have always done. What the hell?? ??♂️

when I will be exploring the reasons why this might be happening and what we can do to tackle the changes. This talk will be on Tuesday 23rd April - details are below.
Our Menopause journey is unique to each one of us, which means finding ways to manage the issues that may arise during this time of our lives, is also unique ⭐️.
This talk is for all women and men (putting it out there!) - if you are pre-menopausal, you will be armed with the knowledge and strategies you need moving forward. Equally if you're smack bang in that often-turbulent peri-menopause, or beyond, you'll be able to get onto some of the strategies to help you better manage these body composition changes. If you're not experiencing any changes in your body, or you're not a woman, you'll be able to understand and help someone else! ?
This seminar is about recognising what might work for YOU specifically, starting with achievable small wins that add up! ??
