The MAAA invites you to join Chris Pettman for this unique decoupage class, just in time for your fall decorating. In this class, you will transform a plain ceramic pumpkin into a whimsical, one-of-a-kind piece of autumn art! (Yes, we said ceramic, and you’ll have two varieties to pick from!)To begin, you will gently break your pumpkin to create a secret compartment inside. Then you will add a playful mouse and a piece of cheese!
The next step will be to choose a paper napkin from the many different colors and styles available, then decoupage it to the outside of the pumpkin. Once both the inside and outside are dry, you’ll add a touch of luxury with a gold stem!
This adorable pumpkin is sure to be a Fall favorite!
Held in the upstairs classroom of the Gallery, class size is limited due to pumpkin availability, so register by Oct 6th.. Last-minute sign-ups may be possible. Call the Gallery and ask. Ages 12+ are welcome to register.
Registration fee includes all materials.
