🔹 Trina Bishop, "Chaos Coordinator" for MCFAPA and Grandparents as Parents (GAP), will cover DHR mileage reimbursement, ILP (Independent Living Program) resources, and practical advice to help families maximize available support.
🔹 Shannon Withrow, Founder of Fostering Roots Foundation, will cover how they support youth ages 14–21 with mentoring services, advocacy, and Independent Living Program (ILP) support to help them build confidence and prepare for adulthood. Get connected now: [email protected].
