ROUNDTRIP TRANSFER Arrival: 1. Check in at the Sunholiday Travel and Tours desk at the airport. The Sunholiday Travel and Tours desk is located in the arrival lobby at the airport (desk # 5). The desk will be visible to you once you exit the customs area.
2. A Sunholiday Rep. will check your names against the list of names for transfer.
3. A Sunholiday Rep. will issue a Transfer Voucher to you. This voucher will contain the following details: your names, hotel, number of luggage being transported to the hotel, contact information for Sunholiday Travel and Toursand the departure details for pick-up.
4. You are required to keep the Sunholiday voucher and present same for transfer to the airport from the hotel.
5. A Sunholiday Rep. will escort you both to the commercial car park where you will be introduced to your driver and board the bus.
6. Both you and your luggage will be transported to Hotel/Resort.
Departure: 1. A Sunholiday Travel and Tours bus will arrive at the hotel at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled pick up.
2. You will hand your Sunholiday voucher to the Sunholiday driver. This voucher will be checked against the departure list.
3. You will be transported from the hotel to the Airport.
