*Free & Open to the Public* Membership NOT RequiredThis month's meeting of the Olathe Historical Society is our potluck and "Trash or Treasure?" event - our version of Antiques Roadshow!
Attendees should bring food (with serving utensils) to feed 7-9 people. Suggested food categories by last name:
A-G: Main Dishes
H-M: Side Dishes, Veggies, or Salads
N-Z: Desserts
Plates, napkins, eating utensils, and water will be provided.
Each attendee is welcome to bring one old-time item to be appraised during "Trash or Treasure". But even if you don't bring something, come watch and enjoy! It's fun to see others' items and hear interesting information about those items.
We will meet at the Heritage Center, address is 1200 East Kanas City Road in Olathe. Arrive at 6:15 with food, dinner is served at 6:30, "Trash or Treasure" appraisals begin at 7pm.
