Our evening begins with a beautiful guided meditation, followed with Pranic Healing and Sound bowls. A lovely gathering to maintain inner peace, vibrant health and connection. We have yoga mats and blankets, but feel free to bring your own yoga mat, pillow, or blanket to make yourself comfortable.$25 Class fee
This week we will start with a deep meditation, then you will experience crystal healing with a focus on Emotional Healing, to relieve stress, anxiety, fear, etc., whatever emotion you want to release that no longer serves you. We will end the session with the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls. Pure and ultimate bliss!
