Transform & Transcend uses one consistent breathwork practice throughout the year. What changes month to month is the perspective—shaped by season, nervous system needs, and the symbolic themes traditionally associated with that time of year.
Astrology is used lightly, as a contextual cue—a shared human language for understanding cycles of energy, attention, and behavior.
Rather than pushing forward or setting intentions that require effort, this month asks something quieter of us: to let the system settle. After the stimulation of the holidays, the nervous system often remains on alert long after the season ends. True clarity doesn’t come from more movement—it comes from stabilization.
In this month’s Breath Cycle session, we practice our familiar breath with the intention of stillness. The breath itself remains steady and unchanged. What shifts is how we meet it: with permission to pause, to soften, and to allow the body to remember what rest feels like.
Stillness is not stagnation. It is structure. It is the ground from which everything else grows.
This session is especially supportive if you’re feeling tired, overstimulated, or mentally busy—even if nothing feels “wrong.” It’s an opportunity to start the year regulated rather than reactive.

What to wear/bring
Comfortable, loose fitting clothes, lidded water bottle, and a pen/journal if you like to take notes. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the workshop starts. Doors close at 6:30 sharp.
