The three short, award-winning documentaries: They Call Me Dax, Dancing Manilenvos, and Am I Being Selfish? are about lives of Filipino dancers in Manila hoping to life themselves out of poverty.
Recipient of the President's University-Wide Teaching Award, Dr. Patrick Alcedo is Chair of and a Full professor in the Department of Dance at York University. For his outstanding contributions in Philippine culture and arts in Canada, the Office of the President of the Republic of the Philippines awarded him the Pamana Presidential Award. This year, he was named one of the Top 25 Canadian Immigrant Awardees.

What Lab is wheelchair accessible by a set of doors leading from the alley between Pandora St. And Franklin Ave. The front entrance has a flight of stairs.
We acknowledge the land upon which most of Co. ERASGA's work takes place: the traditional and unceded lands of the Coast Salish people including the Squamish (Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw), Tsleil-Waututh (səl̓ilw̓ətaʔɬ) and Musqueam (xʷməθkʷəy̓əm) Nations, the original stewards and caretakers of these lands.
