About this Event
Join us for a Full Moon Journaling Workshop on Thursday, June 1st. We will connect, journal, express and break a little bread. Oh yes, and we will experience some beautiful Sound Healing Meditation to compliment our workshop experience. Programming will begin at 6:30 PM. Be sure to BYOJ (bring your own journal, something comfy to sit on and a small appetite.
Meet Karina:
Blending life coaching, mental health therapy and holistic healing modalities, Karina Gutierrez acts as a guide through the transformation of oneself on a mental, emotional and spiritual level. She is the owner of Strategic Soul, a mental health & holistic healing company. She leads individual and group sessions for a wide range of clientele; to help them overcome negative thought patterns and achieve clarity on how to create more purposeful, positive lives.

Dr. Hava Rose is a passionate entrepreneur, creator, writer, author and chiropractor based out of Philadelphia. Hava values creating experiences that allow people around her to feel safe and supported. Aside from doing this in caring for her chiropractic patient community, Hava created another community, The Write Echo, that also embraces a safe and supportive environment for those who are looking to connect and express through journaling workshops. With over 10 years experience in chiropractic medicine and over 5 years leading workshops and retreats, Dr. Hava Rose approaches total well being creatively by inspiring people's highest potentialities through journaling, meditation and communal connection.
