Meet Your Facilitator – Paula Darch Paula is a trauma-informed healer, hypnotherapist, Reiki Master Teacher, intuitive mentor, and founder of Holistic Trauma & Grief Healing. With over 20 years of experience in emotional healing, trauma support, and spiritual teaching, Paula holds space for deep transformation with compassion, integrity, and soul. Her personal journey through grief, motherhood, and awakening fuels her passion for helping others reclaim their light.
She is also the author of "Parenting from Chaos to Freedom" and "Living with Parental Grief," and has facilitated countless women's circles, workshops, and retreats across Australia.
