Swing Factor: Swing Factor: STARTS FEBRUARY 9TH(Country Swing / Line Dancing / West Coast Swing)
Looking for a place to dance without drunk people clogging the dance floor? Maybe somewhere that’s home to advanced dancers, but also friendly to newcomers? Somewhere you could come on your own or bring your family… even kids and people below 21?
That’s the vision for Swing Factor: Thursday night lessons and a social dance for all ages and backgrounds with high quality instruction and relaxed, yet hype dancing. It’s in Spokane Valley right off the highway to make it accessible to people on both sides of the Washington / Idaho border. 7:15pm: DOORS OPEN. Yep. Come on in ?
7:30-9pm: COUNTRY SWING LESSONS. Choose between a beginner or an intermediate class. We join the levels from 8:30-9pm to do guided practice… dancing to short songs practicing (1) what you just learned, and then (2) with specific focuses or drills.
9pm-11:30pm: SOCIAL DANCE. Music is a variety of genres to support primarily country swing, line dancing, and west coast swing. It’s loud enough to feel, but quiet enough to have a conversation.
Price: $10 for class or social / $15 for both.
