Pregnancy is a special time that requires both strength in your body and surrender of your mind to let natural process take place.
This workshop will help you develop these two qualities, prepare you for giving birth and join a sharing circle with other pregnant women.
This workshop is a beautiful combination of:
- Pregnancy Yoga Flow and birthing postures that will help you feel ready and empowered
- Birthing Breathing techniques to support you in your pregnancy and during contractions
- Healing Sound Bath that will help you connect with your baby on a very deep level
- Restorative Postures that will allow you to find deep relaxation and release worries/fears
- Yoga Nidra Meditation - an amazing visualization journey for you and your baby
Experienced senior Thrive Yoga teachers - Iryna and Vera - will be leading this workshop: Iryna will guide you through Pregnancy Yoga Flow & Birth Breathing Techniques and Vera will help you find your inner peace and calm with Yoga Nidra Meditation and Signing Bowls.
This workshop is suitable for any stage pregnant women - looking for me time, self-care, deep nourishment and connection with their body and their baby, learning from other pregnant women.
