Join Master Naturalist Kathlean Wolffor a fun free family friendly walk on easy paths at beautiful Pheasant Branch Prairie. Enjoy the shortest days of the year outdoors and celebrate the return of the sun and longer days! Learn how ancient cultures celebrated the Solstice. What changes do shorter and longer days trigger in nature? What birds, animals and tracks do you see out and about even on the shortest days of the year? Dress warm. Free, welcoming, healthy, fairly accessable, family and kid friendly, educational, no registration required, no pets. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
