Tony is not only a long-time friend of Bookstore1, but an award-winning artist with a background in historic preservation.
Join us to see original full-scale paintings (available for purchase). Tony can't wait to chat about his work preserving Sarasota's historic structures. He will also showcase some of his previous work, including some that have received accolades from organizations such as Art Center Sarasota.
If you like our chalk art, you should know that Tony's been responsible for it since day one!
About the Artist:
Tony Souza is President of Chelston Partners, working with clients who are taking on Historic Preservation projects including building rehabilitation, applications for the National Register of Historic Places and preparing applications to the IRS and the National Park Service to receive the 20% tax credit for the rehabilitation of an historic property - which he most recently did with success for the 1925 Historic Belle Haven Building located in the Quay Property on Sarasota's waterfront.
